Dato' Zainal Azman Bin Abu Semen was Deputy Director General of Public Service (JPA), Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, and State Secretary of Perak. He has served in various capacities across the National Security Council, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Agriculture, and MITI. He brings extensive experience in policy, trade, agriculture, and public sector transformation, with a track record in strategic planning, industry development, and national economic programs to enhance ageing society policy and elderly wellbeing through MASOC CARE.
