Ar Alan Teh has extension experience in the design and planning of healthcare, senior care & rehab accommodation projects, throughout his 25 years professional career. He has written articles and given press interviews on senior care housing since 2021.

He has won numerous awards including "Top 30 Emerging Architects of Malaysia" in 2011, "Top 50 Young Chinese Designers" in 2014, PAM Award in Commercial High-Rise category in 2016, 2017 and 2020.

Ar Alan Teh has led the property design function in the revolutionary Careturn Property concept and study commissioned by leading property developers.

Ar Alan Teh graduated from University of Tasmania, Australia under a merit schlarship and worked in a few KL-based practice prior to setting up of his own practice in May 2005.
