Care Professional Alliance Resources (CPAR) is the training and consultancy arm for the Malaysian Association for Social Care Professionals and Homes (MASOC CARE). The Alliance brings together care professionals, who pool and share resources on a voluntary basis to enhance the standard of care in this country, through training, consultancy, networking, research and international collaboration. The Alliance runs on a self-sustainable business model by providing services with a reasonable price.
Examples of our ongoing projects include:

Providing consultancy to some of the country’s leading elderly care homes to enhance standard of care through certified staffing, on-job training, management system setup, facility upgrade, new technology and support in professional services

Collaboration with universities to facilitate their caregiving students training particularly in hands-on practical skills based on the latest syllabus of Japanese caregiver training

Conducting short courses for personnel in corporate sector who design, operate, procure or manage care services for the senior citizens or who deal with elderly clienteles whether on a charitable or commercial basis

Advising government agencies in policymaking and service provision for the ageing population
